Sweet & Sour Tofu Steak ~Popular Recipe

- On January 6th 2010, the number of people who tried my recipe went over 1,000. The secret to this recipe is mayonnaise. It goes well with rice too!

- 木綿豆腐
- Silken Tofu
- 1丁

- ネギ(白ネギ)
- Green onions
- 適量
- To your liking
- 片栗粉
- Potato Starch

- Vegetable Oil

- ■ ウチの甘辛★万能ダレ★(ID:701600)1回分 (下記★印の調味料がそうです)
- Sweet & Sour Sauce (below ingredients)
- ★砂糖・醤油・みりん・酒
- ★ Sugar, Soy Sauce, Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine), Sake
- 各大2
- 2 Tablespoons of each
- ★豆板醤
- ★ Toubanjyan (Spicy sauce)
- 小1/4~(お好みで)
- 1/4 teaspoon (more or less depending on how spicy you want it)
- マヨネーズ

- 豆腐をキッチンタオルに包み耐熱皿に置き600w4分加熱し、しっかり冷ましておきます。
- Wrap the tofu in a paper towl and put on a microwave safe plate and microwave at 600w for 4minutes. Let it cool completely

- 豆腐を食べやすい大きさに切り、片栗粉を全体に、まぶしながら少し多めの油をひいたフライパンに入れてゆきます。
- Cut the tofu into sizes that is easy to eat and cover it in potato starch. Put a good amount of oil on the pan and being to fry it.

- 強火~中火で両面を色よく焼いてゆきます。
- Between high and medium heat, cook the tofu well until a nice brown color.
- 一旦、火を止め空いたスペースに★の調味料とマヨネーズを加えます。
- Turn off the heat and pour the sauce made with the ★ ingredients and the mayonnaise onto the pan.

- 調味料が完全に溶けるよう、箸でかき混ぜ溶かし、更にネギも加え中火で煮からめ照りが出れば出来上がり♪
- Melt and blend all the ingredients in the pan together with chopsticks and add the chopped green onions. When the sauce becomes nice and thick, you are finished!
