  • 木綿豆腐
  • Silken Tofu
  • 1丁

  • ネギ(白ネギ)
  • Green onions
  • 適量
  • To your liking
  • 片栗粉
  • Potato Starch
  • 適量
  • Just enough
  • サラダ油
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 適量

  • ■ ウチの甘辛★万能ダレ★(ID:701600)1回分 (下記★印の調味料がそうです)
  • Sweet & Sour Sauce (below ingredients)
  • ★砂糖・醤油・みりん・酒
  • ★ Sugar, Soy Sauce, Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine), Sake
  • 各大2
  • 2 Tablespoons of each
  • ★豆板醤
  • ★ Toubanjyan (Spicy sauce)
  • 小1/4~(お好みで)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (more or less depending on how spicy you want it)
  • マヨネーズ
  • Mayonnaise
  • 大1強
  • 1 Tablespoon (full)

  • 豆腐をキッチンタオルに包み耐熱皿に置き600w4分加熱し、しっかり冷ましておきます。
  • Wrap the tofu in a paper towl and put on a microwave safe plate and microwave at 600w for 4minutes. Let it cool completely

  • 豆腐を食べやすい大きさに切り、片栗粉を全体に、まぶしながら少し多めの油をひいたフライパンに入れてゆきます。
  • Cut the tofu into sizes that is easy to eat and cover it in potato starch. Put a good amount of oil on the pan and being to fry it.

  • 強火~中火で両面を色よく焼いてゆきます。
  • Between high and medium heat, cook the tofu well until a nice brown color.
  • 一旦、火を止め空いたスペースに★の調味料とマヨネーズを加えます。
  • Turn off the heat and pour the sauce made with the ★ ingredients and the mayonnaise onto the pan.

  • 調味料が完全に溶けるよう、箸でかき混ぜ溶かし、更にネギも加え中火で煮からめ照りが出れば出来上がり♪
  • Melt and blend all the ingredients in the pan together with chopsticks and add the chopped green onions. When the sauce becomes nice and thick, you are finished!
