  • ☆Ingredients: 1 serving☆
  • トマト 大1個(200g)
  • 1 large tomato
  • オリーブオイル 小さじ1
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 塩 ひとつまみ
  • some salt to taste
  • 醤油 小さじ1
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ごはん 1膳分
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ☆Directions☆

  • トマトはへたを取り、小鍋に入れます。オリーブオイルと塩をふり、蓋をして火にかけます。
  • Put tomato in a small pot. Add olive oil and salt, and heat it.

  • 湯気が上がったら弱火に落としてじっくりじっくり蒸し煮します。15分くらいしてトマトから澄んだ水がたっぷり出ていたらOK。醤油を垂らして火を止めます。
  • Once steam starts to come out, turn it down and patiently steam it. After 15 minutes, if there is clear liquid from tomato, that's good. Add soy sauce and stop heating.

  • 出来ました♪ トマトを蒸し煮するとどうなるのか実験してみてビックリです。5〜6分もすると黄金色の澄んだ水がたっぷり出ていました。そのまま蒸し煮を続け、トマトがグジュグジュに柔らかくなるまで加熱したら……。ちょっとスプーンを入れるだけでこんな状態。ごはんにかけるとリゾットというか、スープごはんというか……。食べてビックリ、これはホントにおいしいです! トマトの甘み、トマトのうまみをすったごはんがたまりません。書いてる手にも思わず力がこもります。お願いします! 誰か騙されたと思ってお試しを! そうだそうだ、トマトはなるべく赤く、よく熟れたもののほうがよさそうです。

I've tried this for lunch yesterday. It wasn't what I translated exactly, lol, (maybe needed little more patient??) but I put extra olive oil and cheese on it and it was pretty good.
